07-11-07 - Around 5:10 pm the box 30-09 was hit for the electrical fire at 4206 Nantucket Drive.  Chief 17 (Lantz) was in the area and went on scene with a light smoke condition.  Engine 19 arrived as the first in piece and investigated to find a fish tank pump had caught fire and burnt up the wall in the basement. When the walls were checked it was noted that the temperature of the walls was 72 degrees indicating that the fire was out for some time.  The residents came home to find a smoke condition in the home with a significant soot build up throughout the house.  Crews established positive pressure ventilation before clearing the scene.
